Lewis Tree Service was hired by National Grid to clear trees from wires after a big storm here in Rhode Island. There was a large (over 2 feet thick) branch hanging over my driveway leaning on a pole. I asked before they got started if they were going to block me in my driveway. They said no, definitely not. Well you guessed it.. they did just that placing the large tree directly across my newly paved driveway. If they had just told me I would have moved my car. The man in charge refused to cut log to unblock me and was very rude telling me that they didn't have a chainsaw large enough. He even littered on my property leaving his Gatorade bottle in my mess of trees .. as if I didn't already have enough to clean up. Very rude giving NatGrid a bad name. If I was NatGrid I would not use this company again as I see other complaints here.

This company has an employee by the name of Luke Labolle. He did a tree cutting for my parents and left a pile of branches on their lawn for months despite promising to pick them up.



My parents are 80 years old. My mom called Luke on a number of occasions to come and dispose of the branches but he merely ignored her calls and never had the courtesy to respond.



I live 2000 miles away from my family and would have gladly done cleaned up after Luke's mess but since I'm in California my parents had to dispose of the branches on their own.



Shame on you, Luke Labolle.
