I bought a snap ring plier. I was not sure it will work on my large snap ring. I asked can it be return if doesn't work and package open9. The clerk said absolutely! Came next day with receipt and plier the different clerk said return because I opened it.
Well autozone you loss my business. I spent thousands of dollars at your store but now no more.

I called Auto Zone in Wstminster to locate a specific tool that I needed (1-1/16" socket with 1/2" drive). The person on the other end of the phone put me on hold and I assumed was looking to see if they had the part. When he came back, I was asked what I needed. I told him again what I was looking for and he replied "well we have lots of sockets in different sizes". I patiently explained to him that I didn't want to drive arround town looking for a specific tool and wanted to locate it first. He put me on hold two more times because he forgot the size that I requested. I finally found out that they had the tool I needed, but this level of cutomer service will not keep customers loyal.
