Crown Colony Construction

Sloppy employees, in fact, Colony Construction actually hires out other contract companies to do the work that they initially contract themselves to do! These other contract companies are to quick and fast, paid a cheap rate to get the job done and do sloppy work! They damage the next door neighbors fences, yards and houses because they work so fast and there are NO Crown Colony Construction Managers or Supervisors around....Be Aware before you hire this company! They lie in court to get out of paying for their damages also! Also, they put on a Metal roof next door, it was too close to my house and when it snowed this year...the snow hit my house, has damaged my vinyl siding and now has to be repaired, I have to take them to court, plus my basement window broke and mice got in my basement. Stupid company for installing and not putting on SNOW stops to the 2 story house tin/ metal roof! See them in court!

Horrible workmanship. I have had many problems with a new bathroom they installed for me. Caused leaks into our living room. A total disaster. Unethical and incompetent.
