He will steal your money, use wrong and faulty equipment and is not licensed to say the least. Like Rosemary posted the only good reviews are from mike the owner himself (lol).

We gave Mike Fann a check for 454.00 to fix our air conditioner, he left to get the part, and he never returned. We saw in the newspaper that he had the same ad in the paper, so we called him, and ask for our money back. He said he did not remember. Then he called back and said he would give it back, He never showed the day he said he would, and he stopped answering his phone . We had to pay a reputable company over 500.00 so we could use our furnace, that he took apart. We contacted Ms. Miller to do a story, and gave her copies of our cancelled check and paperwork, she called him because she wanted to get his side. He told her he would reimburse us. He brought us a money order for 100.00 after calling him and telling him we were going to do the story. Promised to bring the rest the following week. That was 3 weeks ago, and we have not heard from him since. Ms Miller has a copy of money order as well as other paper work. He does not answer phone when we call. Ms Miller is doing the story so others can be made aware of him. He still owes us 354.00. We are also contacting problem solvers and BBB, because we want other people to be aware of what he is about and not get ripped off. We have documentation of all paper work. Mike is also rating his own business.

Mike did a great job on my furnace. Fixed it right the first time!

They charged for work they did not do, fail to prepare for the job (tools/materials), installed secondhand equipment, they left us with a central air system inoperative and refuses to repair, holds no valid contractors license and drinks on the job. Our advice; look elsewhere.
