This place is what you would expect it to be, considering the area it is in-rundown lake town. It smelled like marijuana & poop. Owner went on too long about membership. Asked what I thought about getting rate of $40 something a month before my massage. Jumping the gun-massage therapist made me wait 24 minutes. Overall, considering this is the second massage place in town-50 minutes of massage time for less than $45 bucks...you get what you pay for.

I've received massages from Sandy & Co. for at least the past 5 years and I've received them from a variety of her employees and have never complained about any of them! Sandy makes sure that her therapists are great before she hires them. And she's flexible - even when I had difficulty with time - she worked with me! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I get massages here on a fairly regular basis, and have never had a problem. They are very popular, so I recommend scheduling a couple weeks in advance to ensure an appointment. I have never, however, had an issue with dropped appointments. They've always been very professional, courteous, and attentive to my specific needs. As a hard laborer who is often in need of serious attention, that means everything to me. I would never go anywhere else.

I couldnt get a service from them because they rescheduled two times. The first time they didnt call and I called them on my way to let them know I will be late for 10 minutes because it was very snowy and roads jammed. Then, through my call they told me that, they cant service us. This second time apparently they called and left a message a daye before. However, I didnt check my messages and drove all the way there to know that there was nobody to help. In the message, they said they will call the morning that we had the appointment to make sure we are on the same boat. They never called. I dont recommend this place.
