        Don't be fooled... The tour was great and the staff seemed great until we actually placed my grandmother there. There were a few good nurses and aides that she really liked and then there were some that were nothing, but rude and couldn't care less about the patients. The laundry was never done correctly, so she ended up in dirty clothes and hospital gowns frequently, even after repeated conversations with staff. After she had her surgery, my grandmother ended up with a severe infection, which required two additional surgeries, while she was staying here, They couldn't explain to me how it went without a phone call to family to allow us to take her in to the doctor, nor did they contact her doctor on their own as was written in her discharge papers. She was also so overly medicated that her blood was so thin when we took her back to her doctor that they had to wait to do the first of two surgeries. And go ahead and try to get a call back. The only call back I have received was before she was admitted there and they wanted our business. They still owe us a refund and I haven't been able to get a call back in almost two months of leaving repetitive messages. It is exactly what it says, FOR PROFIT. They do not care about the people in this facility, only about the bottom dollar. If i could give no stars I would, it was the worst place I could ever have picked.
