Al Walters Heating & Air Conditioning

A maintenance technician came out today - Mike - he was SO rude i could not believe it! Altho a technician, he displayed rude, challenging, confrontational behavior that would leave any customer speechless!! And, when it was brought to the attention of the owner he dismissed it, simply stating they could order another part! "Customer Service " - get it? I would definitely not recommend using this company! Too many choices out there!

We've dealt with this company for nearly 40 years--always outstanding service and installation during this time.

Initial contact and pricing were excellent. The technician was on time, very friendly and professional. However, I noticed after the install that the water pressure in our basement sink was DRASTICALLY reduced. I called and was dismissed, telling me there was nothing they could have done in the installation to cause that. I called again. It was recommended I send an video of the issue. I did (videos are linked below). I sent that email and a follow up email. No response. Then I called. They took a message. No response yet. It is now 7 weeks since the install. No response.

These guys have been in business for a long time and have been doing my heating and cooling work for over 50 years! They do great work and stand behind the work they do. I would, and have, recommended them to my family and friends. They have been very pleased with the results too!! I can't say enough about Ed and the crew over at Al Walters Heating....
